As our client, your company's involvement in the placement process is very straightforward. You select one of the contract candidates we submit, sign a simple agreement with our back-office provider, Top Echelon Contracting, and then the weekly process begins. Each week, you just sign the contractor's timesheet and pay an invoice.
Top Echelon Contracting is the Employer of Record and will handle all of the employee new-hire paperwork, payroll processing, state and federal taxes, unemployment, workers' compensation, and background checks. They also carry a heavy Certificate of Insurance for added protection.
The contractors will be paid on a weekly basis and have access to a wide range of benefits, including the following:
